Today’s Legal Enlightenment (Wednesday, 27 July 2022) – “A LAWSUIT IS INADMISSIBLE BECAUSE IT WAS FILED BY A PERSON WHO HAS NO LEGAL RELATIONSHIP”

A civil lawsuit must be filed by a person/legal subject who has a legal relationship to the disputed issue and not by another person (the principle of legitima persona standi in judicio). A lawsuit falsely filed by such “other person” must be declared “inadmissible.”
