Today’s Legal Enlightenment (Wednesday, December 22, 2021)-PROHIBITION OF TERMINATION ON THE BASIS THAT WORKERS HAVE BLOOD TIES AND/OR MARITAL TIES

The Constitutional Court granted the application for Judicial Review of Article 153 paragraph (1) of Law No. 13/2003 concerning Manpower. Thus, after the decision of the Constitutional Court is pronounced, fellow workers may marry in the same company, as well as fellow workers who are related by blood.
