Today’s Legal Enlightenment (Wednesday, 28 September 2022) – UNLAWFUL ACT CLAIMS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BE COMBINED WITH BREACH OF CONTRACT CLAIMS

Based on the order of civil proceedings, unlawful act claims based on Article 1365 of the Civil Code are not allowed to be combined in one claim with breach of contract claims as regulated under Article 1243 of the Civil Code. Both claims must be filed separately.
