INCORRECT OR WRONGLY ADDRESSED LAWSUITS SHOULD BE REJECTED OR DECLARED INADMISSIBLE
Supreme Court Jurisprudence No. 296 K/SIP/1970, dated 9 December 1970, stated that a lawsuit that incorrectly or wrongly addressed the defendant’s legal subject should be rejected or at least declared inadmissible.
