INTEREST ON LOANS AND COLLATERAL ITEMS WHICH ARE CONTRARY TO DECENCY AND FAIRNESS

Whereas if we focus on this loan, the interest set at 10% per month is too high and contrary to decency and fairness, considering that the defendant is a retired officer with no other income. At the same time, the provisions in the agreement to submit the Pension Fund Payment book as “collateral” are also contrary to decency and fairness.
