Today’s Legal Enlightenment (Tuesday, 23 August 2022) – A DIVORCE CLAIM FILED BY A CHEATING HUSBAND IS INADMISSIBLE BECAUSE THE WIFE (DEFENDANT) HAS FORGIVEN AND REFUSED THE DIVORCE

The divorce claim filed by the husband who is the cause of the problem is REJECTED. The Supreme Court considered that although the husband (Plaintiff) had an affair, there was no endless quarrel because the wife (Defendant) had forgiven him and refused the divorce.
