The legal relationship between the vehicle owner and the parking business is a “custody agreement” which, if linked to Articles 1365, 1366, 1367 of the Civil Code, the Defendant is obliged to bear the loss of the Plaintiff’s motorbike at the Defendant’s parking area, so that with the loss of the Plaintiff’s motorbike, the Defendant must be held responsible .
