Today’s Legal Enlightenment (Thursday, June 23, 2022) – “APPLICATION FOR BANKRUPTCY BY FIDUCIARY RECIPIENTS AS CREDITORS”

Whereas even though the applicant for bankruptcy is a Fiduciary Recipient as a Creditor, he/she can submit an Application for a Declaration of Bankruptcy to the Commercial Court without having to exercise his/her rights to the Fiduciary Guarantee, so that the Decision requested for Review to the Supreme Court must be annulled and the Supreme Court will adjudicate again.
