Today’s Legal Enlightenment (Thursday, December 30, 2021)-BUSINESS ACTOR WHO VIOLATE THE CONSUMER PROTECTION LAW

From the facts revealed at the trial, it turns out that business actor i.e. PT Nissan Motor Indonesia was proven to have violated Article 9 letter k and Article 10 letter c of Law No. 8/1999 concerning Consumer Protection, namely offering a promise or condition that is not true and misleading.
