Today’s Legal Enlightenment (Thursday, April 14, 2022) – “INNATE PROPERTY IN MARRIAGE”

Based on Article 35 (2) of Law No. 1/1974, each husband and wife’s innate property and property obtained by each as a gift or inheritance are under their respective control as long as the parties do not specify otherwise. Thus, each husband and wife have the full right to carry out legal actions regarding their assets i.c. grant by Defendant I to Defendant II.
