RECORDING EVIDENCE IN THE FORM OF A CD FALLS UNDER THE CATEGORY OF INFERENCE EVIDENCE
Sound recording evidence in the form of a compact disk (CD) in the
a quo case is included in the group of inference evidence because an inference is an indirect means of evidence, namely in the form of conclusions drawn by law or a judge from an event which is clearly evident in the direction other unexplained events.
There is a presumption of law and a presumption of facts. If there are those who disagree, at least the compact disc can serve as a tool to strengthen statutory evidence (instrumental evidence).
