a crime and is declared acquitted of prosecution, cannot be used as a basis or reason for demanding compensation due to defamation and unlawful acts in a civil lawsuit.

a crime to law enforcement officials is a mechanism and means that have been regulated by law and applicable statutory provisions to resolve any problems that occur in society so it does not lead to vigilante action / eigen richting.
