THE ISSUANCE OF A LAND CERTIFICATE MUST BE PREPARED WITH THE ISSUANCE OF A DEED OF SALE
The land certificate, which was issued earlier than the sale and purchase deed, is not based on law and is declared null and void. Issuance of a
land certificate without application from the owner is invalid.
