NOT REMOVING A THIRD PARTY DOES NOT RESULT IN THE LAWSUIT BEING DECLARED INADMISSBLE AS A WHOLE

Not removing a third party does not result in the lawsuit being declared inadmissible as a whole, but is limited to the object of the dispute relating to the third party.
