Today’s Legal Enlightenment (Thursday, 01 September 2022) – “GOODS PURCHASED AT A PRICE THAT DOES NOT MATCH THE MARKET PRICE SHOULD BE SUSPECTED TO BE OBTAINED FROM CRIMES”

The defendant was proven to have committed a criminal act of receiving stolen property for purchasing 1 (one) unit of Toshiba brand Laptop with a core i5 processor and its charger and 1 (one) unit of a black bag for Rp. 2,200,000- even though the market price/standard for the item was Rp. 5,500,000.-
