“ADDITIONAL EXAMINATION IN THE DISTRICT COURT BY THE HIGH COURT’S ORDER”

The High Court, which examines civil cases at the appeal level, considers that the examination of the case is still incomplete or unclear, the High Court has the authority to issue an “Interlocutory Decision” ordering the District Court Judge to reopen the trial to conduct an “Additional Examination” by summoning the parties to re-examined the case.
