“CONTENT OF AN AGREEMENT THAT ELIMINATES THE RIGHT TO PURCHASE THE GOODS PURCHASED”

From a fair and moral point of view, it is inappropriate for the form and content of the agreement to eliminate the right to purchase the goods purchased, due to delays or difficulties in paying the last installment, without considering the amount of the installments paid.

Supreme Court Decision No. 935 K/Pdt/1985.
