Appeal against an International Arbitration Award
The decision of the District Court which rejects the application for the cancellation of the national arbitral award cannot be filed for legal appeal to the Supreme Court. An appeal to the Supreme Court on the decision of the District Court which rejects the request for annulment of the arbitral award must be declared unacceptable.
