The Plaintiff’s claim regarding compensation because it is not supported by evidence must be rejected.

“CLAIMS FOR COMPENSATION MUST BE DETAILED”

The claim for compensation can only be granted if the Plaintiff can prove in detail the loss and the amount of the loss.
