Today’s Legal Enlightenment (Sunday, 07 August 2022) – THE CLAIM IS NOT COMPLETE BECAUSE IT IS ONLY FILED TO ONE PERSON WHEN THERE ARE SEVERAL PEOPLE WHO CONTROL THE LAND

Because the disputed lands are controlled not only by Defendant I but also by their siblings, the lawsuit should also be directed against Defendant I’s siblings, not only against Defendant I. Therefore, the claim must be declared inadmissible.
