Today’s Legal Enlightenment (Saturday, March 19, 2022)-

“SOE Finance = State Finance”

The finances in SOE are essentially state finances, even though the state assets in SOE are state assets that have been separated. That it is not true that the separated state assets are no longer state assets and are fully subject to the Limited Liability Company Law. The separation of state assets and the inclusion of wealth on the part of private institutions, especially SOEs, will not erase the status/characteristic of state finances.
