Today’s Legal Enlightenment (Saturday, June 25, 2022) – “THE DISBANDMENT OF THE FELLOWSHIP BODY MUST BE IN A CONGRESS – THE CASE OF THE BETHEL TABERNACLE CHURCH, CIREBON”

With the resignation of Defendant 1 and his followers, it does not mean that the Bethel Tabernacle Church Fellowship Organization no longer exists/disbanded because the disbandment of the Fellowship Body can only be conducted in a congress of the Fellowship Body which must be attended by at least 2/3 of all Officials of the Fellowship Church Members.
