Today’s Legal Enlightenment (Saturday, April 9, 2022) – “INHERITANCE RIGHTS OF CHILDREN FROM FIRST WIFE”

The inheritance rights of children from the first wife to the inheritance of the father obtained in his third marriage. The child of the first wife has the right to inherit his father’s share of the assets obtained in his third marriage. Together with the children of the third wife, each of them gets half, because there are only two children of the deceased, namely the Plaintiff and the Defendant.
