Today’s Legal Enlightenment (Saturday, 13 August 2022) – THE CLAIM IS INADMISSIBLE BECAUSE THE PLAINTIFF DID NOT INCLUDE THE PARTY WHO PARTICIPATED IN THE SALE OF THE DISPUTED INHERITANCE LAND

In an inheritance dispute, the Supreme Court found a formal deficiency caused by the fact that the Plaintiff did not sue the party who also sold the disputed inheritance land. Against this formal deficiency, the Supreme Court declared that the claim was inadmissible.
