“THE EXISTENCE OF A LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY THAT HAS NOT BEEN ANNOUNCED IN THE STATE GAZETTE”

The announcement of the Limited Liability Company in the State Gazette does not mean that the Limited Liability Company is not a legal entity, but its liability to third parties is as regulated in Article 39 of the trade law and this does not have a legal effect that the limited liability company does not have a persona stand in judicio.
