Today’s Legal Enlightenment (Monday, May 16, 2022) – “THE CRIME OF EMBEZZLEMENT BY THE ORGANIZER OF THE SOCIAL GATHERING”

The Accused as the organizer of the social gathering in this case, because she did not deliver the collected social gathering money to the entitled members, had embezzled and it would be inappropriate to consider the social gathering an interest-free lending and borrowing relationship.
