Today’s Legal Enlightenment (Monday, March 21, 2022)- “DELAYED DECISION’S EXECUTION”

The determination of the Chairman of the East Jakarta District Court to postpone the execution, because it was judged that there had been an error in the “Execution Determination”, was an act of the chairman of the District Court’s discretion. Against the suspension of execution, a “complaint” should be submitted to the Supreme Court as the Supreme Supervisor of the Judiciary process. It is not appropriate to file an Appeal to the Supreme Court as it is now.
