THE HIGH COURT MUST CONSIDER ALL EVIDENCE PROVIDED BY THE PARTIES

The Panel of Judges at the Cassation Level justified the reasons for cassation because the Jakarta High Court had not given sufficient consideration and did not consider all the evidence submitted by the parties to the case as had been considered by the First Level Court Judge.
