BECAUSE SOME OF THE OBJECTS OF CASE PROPERTY HAVE BECOME THE PROPERTY OF THIRD PARTIES THEN THE LESS PARTY LAW

“It turns out that some of the property objects in the case are not controlled by the Defendant, but have become the property of a third party. Thus, because the third party is not involved in the lawsuit, the lawsuit is declared to contain a plurium litis consortium defect”;
