A BRANCH BANK IS AN EXTENSION OF THE HEAD OFFICE, SO IT HAS LEGAL STANDING TO SUIT OR BE SUGGESTED
 
Whereas the High Court was wrong in its judgment by stating that Bank Duta Lhokseumawe Branch was only a branch of the Central Duta Bank and thus did not have
the legitimacy of personal standi in yudicio, even though the branch was an extension of the head office and therefore could be sued and sue.
 
So that the lawsuit addressed to Agamsyah Hamidy as the Operational Manager of Bank Duta Lhokseumawe Branch in his capacity as Manager based on the credit agreement
deed in the context of the engagement with the request for cassation has legitimacy in his position representing Bank Duta Lhokseumawe Branch. Therefore the claim is valid according to the law.
