GRACE PERIOD FOR FILING AN APPLICATION FOR CASSATION ON A DECISION CONCERNING A BRAND
The legal definition of “DAY” stated in the provisions of the grace period for filing an “application” for cassation and submission of a “Memorandum of Cassation” regulated
in Law No. 15 of 2001, ex Article 83 paragraph (3), must be read and linked to the general provisions ex Article 1 number 15, so that the definition of “DAY” in that article, must be interpreted as: “WORK DAY” and not, “CALENDAR DAY.” Because of this, “National
Holidays” and “Sundays” do not have to be counted to determine the grace period for the cassation.
