Today’s Legal Enlightenment (Friday, December 24, 2021)-THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES IS NOT AUTHORIZED TO CARRY OUT FORCED SUMMONS OR TAKE OTHER LEGAL STEPS IF ITS HONOR IS HUMILIATED

The Constitutional Court deletes the authority of the House of Representatives to carry out forced summons to citizens through the assistance of the police and deletes the authority of the Honorary Council of the House Representatives to take legal steps against people who humiliated the honor of the House of Representatives.
