In civil cases, it is known that there are two types of claims for compensation, namely:
- Claims for material compensation in the form of losses that are actually suffered and the amount can be calculated based on the nominal money.
- Claims for immaterial damages are losses suffered as a result of unlawful acts that cannot be recovered and/or cause temporary loss of pleasure in life, fear, illness, and shock so that they cannot be calculated based on money.
