In civil cases, it is known that there are two types of claims for compensation, namely:

  1. Claims for material compensation in the form of losses that are actually suffered and the amount can be calculated based on the nominal money.
  2. Claims for immaterial damages are losses suffered as a result of unlawful acts that cannot be recovered and/or cause temporary loss of pleasure in life, fear, illness, and shock so that they cannot be calculated based on money.
