INTEREST IN SALE AND PURCHASE
 

The Plaintiff’s claim regarding 3% interest a month due to late payment must be rejected because there is no issue of interest in the case of sale and purchase.

In accordance with Article 1767 of the Civil Code in conjunction with the 1948 State Gazette No. 22, interest based on the law of 6% a year or ½% per month will only be calculated if interest payments are not agreed
upon.
