“Can electronic information documents taken by non-law enforcement officers be used as evidence in court?”
The verdict of the Constitutional Court Number 20/PUU-XVI/2016, dated September 7, 2016 basically stated that electronic information documents that were not taken by law enforcement and without the support of an official warrant from law enforcement could not be used as evidence in court.
