NE BIS IN IDEM BECAUSE THE OBJECT OF THE LAWSUIT IS THE SAME AS THE CASE HAS BEEN DECIDED

Even though the position of the subject is different, but the object is the same as the case that was decided earlier and has permanent legal force, the lawsuit is declared Nebis In Idem.

–> Supreme Court Decision No. 1226 K/Pdt/2001 dated 20 May 2002.
