A QUARREL IS NOT AN IRREPARABLE DISPUTE

A quarrel between the Plaintiff (husband) and the Defendant (wife), which was caused by the fact that the Plaintiff was in a relationship with another
woman (Betty) as his mistress who had been living together with him, cannot be used as a reason for divorce, because the quarrel is not a dispute that cannot be repaired, as referred to in article 19(f) of Government Regulation No. 9/1975.

Supreme Court Decision No. 2249 K/Pdt/1992, dated 22 June 1994.
