Today’s Legal Enlightenment (Monday, 22 August 2022) – THE CANCELLATION OF A POWER OF ATTORNEY IS JUSTIFIABLE DESPITE THE PHRASE “FULL POWER OF ATTORNEY THAT CANNOT BE WITHDRAWN
Although the power of attorney dated August 3, 1969, contains the phrase: “Full power of attorney that cannot be withdrawn,” the cancellation of the power of attorney by the authorizer can be justified by law because it is the right of the authorizer and it turned out that the proxy has committed irregularities and violations of the power of attorney.
