Today’s Legal Enlightenment (Monday, March 28, 2022) – “OWNERSHIP OF DUAL LAND CERTIFICATES IS NOT A CRIME”

The Supreme Court granted the second Review to the Supreme Court request from the Accused who was previously found to be proven to have falsified the land certificate. The Supreme Court concluded that the Accused was proven according to the indictment of Article 263 paragraph 2 of the Criminal Code but must be released from all lawsuits.
