Today’s Legal Enlightenment (Saturday, March 12, 2022) – “HOME OWNERSHIP DISPUTES BETWEEN FOREIGN NATIONALS AND INDONESIAN CITIZENS IN THE PERSPECTIVE OF CRIMINAL LAW”

Regarding the evidence that has been confiscated by the police in the form of two houses, the Supreme Court is of the opinion that these houses should be handed over to Jurgen Kunzel, but because he is a foreigner, who according to the Agrarian Law is prohibited from having land rights, the handover of the two houses was carried out in this way: “After the two houses are sold at market prices, the money from the sale of the two houses must be handed over to witness Jurgen Kunzel.”
