Husband who was a civil servant was transferred from Jakarta to Makassar, then moved and lived in Makassar. However, the wife was not willing to follow her husband and settled in Jakarta and even gave the husband the authority to take care of the divorce. The wife’s actions can be categorized as “nuzus” so that the husband’s divorce claim at the Makassar Religious Court can be justified.
