In the Anti-Corruption Law, the heaviest punishment for corporations is set, namely a fine of IDR 1 billion. Corporations can also be subject to additional punishments in Article 18 paragraph (1) of the Anti-Corruption Law. Of the four types of additional punishments regulated in that Article and considered the toughest punishment for corporations is closing the company. Unfortunately, the additional punishment is only temporary, which is a maximum of 1 (one) year.
