A WILL THAT IS DISCRIMINATORY AND DOES NOT HAVE A GENDER PERSPECTIVE IS AGAINST LAW AND JUSTICE
On the basis of equal rights between men and women, women have the right to inherit from their parents or husband. Therefore, they have legal standing to file a claim to obtain and receive an inheritance in the same portion as men.
A will for the distribution of inheritance to a Batak family strengthened by a notarial deed but has discriminatory content and does not have a gender perspective is contrary to law and justice.
