THE LAWSUIT IS OBSCURE BECAUSE IT CONTAINS BOTH BREACH OF CONTRACT AND UNLAWFUL ACT

The lawsuit is inadmissible on the grounds that the argument for the lawsuit uses both breach of contract and unlawful act provisions, resulting in the suit being flawed or “obscuur libel.”
