THE OBLIGATION OF HAVING HUSBAND AND WIFE CONSENT IN THE SALE AND PURCHASE OF LAND ASSETS

The wife and husband must approve the sale and purchase of joint property land. Joint property in the form of land the husband sells without the
wife’s consent is illegal and null and void.
 
Land certificates based on illegal buying and selling do not have legal force.
