LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY LAWSUIT

The party that has the right to determine the company’s profit and loss is the GMS, and it should be audited by a public accountant. A compensation lawsuit filed by the President Director without approval from the GMS and from the auditors declaring the company is at a loss is a lawsuit that should not be submitted to court yet.
