Supremacy of law is mandatory. If it is not realized, the supremacy of law only translates into the supremacy of regulations. However, that is not its true intention because the supremacy of law is also the supremacy of justice. If it is only based on rules or procedures, the pillars of Indonesian law will still be fragile. The law should not only be seen as a rule but also as human behavior. Now, we must participate in formulating that the human factor is an element of the law. HUMAN EMPATHY MUST BE INVOLVED. We must be aware that Indonesia should implement it.
