The legal process seems to have found a dead end in responding to the choice between legal certainty, expediency, and justice. Judges do not have the professional and intellectual courage to get out of the frame of outdated laws.

Judges continue to dwell on the law even though the reality of societal demands has undergone dynamic changes.

Progressive legal teachings essentially aim to encourage judges as the leader of law enforcement to use their professional and intellectual abilities to break through the walls of outdated laws, carry out legal reforms through decisions that are in accordance with the demands for the benefit and justice of society.
