Today’s Legal Enlightenment (Monday, 11 July, 2022) – “THE OPPOSITE PARTY ITSELF IS NOT FULFILLING ITS OBLIGATIONS”

The party who is demanded by the opposing party to fulfill the obligations according to the agreement can defend itself by arguing that the opposing party itself has not fulfilled its obligations under the agreement so that it is free from the obligation of the agreement.
