Today’s Legal Enlightenment (Sunday, June 12, 2022) – “PARTIES OUTSIDE OF AN AGREEMENT HAVE NO LEGAL STANDI IN JUDICIO”

Judex Facti has granted the Plaintiff’s claim (Abu Tholib) even though he is not a party to the agreement dated 20 October 2003. According to the Supreme Court the Plaintiff is not a party to the agreement because the one who binds him on his personal behalf is H. Saleh Akbar, therefore the Plaintiff (Abu Tholib) has no legal standi in judicio.
